This Kentucky bourbon, crafted from a unique chocolate malted, four-grain mash bill and aged for at least 4 years, pays homage to the state’s legendary racing heritage. Based in Oldham County, this release marks the debut of a handcrafted portfolio by Master Distiller Jade Peterson and industry veteran Jeremy Dever. A Passion Project Rooted in Expertise
“Over the past decade, I’ve tasted and collected exceptional whiskeys,” said Jade Peterson. “Now, we’re blending these treasures to create something extraordinary under the Trackside name.” With a diverse barrel collection—featuring varied mash bills, ages, and proofs—Peterson’s artistry shines in this 93-proof (46.5% ABV) release. “It’s a blend of art and science, finding the perfect harmony of flavors,” he added.
