Jake’s Tasting Notes
Color: Honey
Nose: As the glass comes to your nose you are met with apricot which was something that took me a few moments to pinpoint. As I continue to smell oak and chocolate ring through giving a depth right off the bat. Excited to dive into the taste!
Palate: the first sip gave me the same apricot note that, it does have a mineral note that is overcome after the second and third drink which speaks to the blending. As it opens the oak and chocolate come through to balance out the up front fruit flavors.
Finish: the pop of fresh fruit at the end allows a crisp refreshing flavor
