Camp Runamok 2025 Marks Its 14th Year in Bourbon Country
A Bourbon Education Like No Other
Lebanon Junction, KY — (May 12, 2025) — Camp Runamok is back for its 14th year, inviting bar professionals nationwide to two immersive weeks of bourbon education, community-building, and Kentucky hospitality. The 2025 sessions will take place at Camp Crescendo in Lebanon Junction, with Session One starting May 17 and Session Two on June 21.
Immersive Experience in the Heart of Bourbon Country
Set in the heart of Bourbon Country, Camp Runamok offers bartenders a deep dive into American whiskey. This isn’t just about tasting—it’s about understanding whiskey at its source. The program combines distillery visits, expert-led classes, and classic camp activities to create a transformative experience that fosters connection and knowledge within the hospitality community.
Since its inception, Camp Runamok has welcomed nearly 4,500 bar professionals to Kentucky, providing a behind-the-scenes look at the heritage, people, and processes behind the spirits they serve. Each session hosts 150 selected attendees, chosen through a competitive application process based on their experience, potential, and passion for the craft.
Full Support for Campers
Accepted campers receive comprehensive support, including lodging, meals, programming, and transportation to distillery partners across Central Kentucky. The aim is to create a training ground and a lifelong network for bartenders shaping the industry.
