CHATTANOOGA, TN (May 7, 2026) – Chattanooga Whiskey, the 2026 Whisky Magazine Craft Producer of the Year, has announced the latest release from its award-winning Experimental Series: Batch 048: Strawberry Infused Gin Liqueur. Developed by Head Distiller Tiana Saul in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society, this vibrantly hued spirit is designed to inspire and support women’s education in the distilling industry. A portion of the proceeds from every bottle will go directly to the Pink Boots Society.

Breaking away from traditional gin methods that utilize grain neutral spirits, Chattanooga Whiskey utilizes a 100% whiskey base and a Dutch “Genever” style distillation. This low-proof distillation preserves the rich, malt-forward character of the spirit, featuring the limited-release Pink Boots Barley Malt.

The result is an all-natural infusion using 100% whole ingredients—including strawberries, rhubarb, raspberries, and a unique Australian eucalyptus known as “Strawberry Gum.”

“The Pink Boots Society formed almost 2 decades ago as an educational platform and support system for underrepresented voices in the alcohol industry, and collaborating with them has been a goal of mine since I joined the Production Team in 2017,” said Tiana Saul, Head Distiller. “The opportunity finally presented itself with Batch 048… a fun, bold, (pink!) statement spirit.”

“The magic of our infused liqueurs has always come from using whole ingredients,” added Grant McCracken, Founding Distiller. “Whole ingredients allow our distillers to control each ingredient’s infusion time and flavor intensity… which is ultimately why it’s so delicious!”

Batch 048: Strawberry Infused Gin Liqueur ($49.99) is available starting today, May 7, 2026, at the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery and will hit select retailers and Seelbachs.com later this month.
