LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. — Four Roses Distillery, makers of The World’s Best Single Barrel, has announced the second rotation of its highly acclaimed Single Barrel Collection. Starting this month, the distillery will roll out individual bottlings of three of its ten legendary recipes—OESQ, OESF, and OBSK—to retailers nationwide.

Aged between 7 and 9 years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), the collection is designed to give whiskey enthusiasts unprecedented access to the individual components that make Four Roses’ blending process world-renowned.

The May 2026 rotation highlights a diverse spectrum of profiles:

  • OESQ (Floral/Fruit): Features red berries and honey on the nose with light oak, vanilla, and floral aromas.
  • OESF (Complex/Mint): Offers candied fruit and clove on the nose with a palate of light mint and soft grains.
  • OBSK (Spicy/Rye): Utilizes the distillery’s high-rye mashbill to deliver bold notes of allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

“Single Barrel Collection was first introduced last year to offer a deeper understanding and more access than ever to its highly-sought after and collected 10 unique recipes. Each recipe has its own distinct tasting notes, which allows for complexity, consistency, and diversity in the brand’s portfolio across both limited editions and core products.”

The Four Roses Single Barrel Collection recipes will be available at a suggested retail price of $49.99 per 750ml bottle.
