Jake’s Tasting Notes:
Color: Golden Honey
Nose: The nose is very sweet with hints of honey, vanilla, and pear right of the front of the nose. As you continue to take in the nose the spice rack continues to lead more flavors light pepper and cinnamon.
Palate: The first drink leads itself to a very dry white wine, with the flavor profile of an Irish whiskey. This might be one of the most unique whiskey’s I have had in recently memory, the second and third sip bring forth the sweet notes from the nose.
Finish: The finish is strong that lingers with you for a good while.
Closing Thoughts
This whiskey is just flat unique. It is one of the most interesting single malts I have had recently because of the blend of flavors that this whiskey has to offer.
