Mike Rowe’s KNOBEL Tennessee Whiskey 7-Year Single Barrel Released

KNOBEL Tennessee Whiskey, founded by Dirty Jobs creator and host Mike Rowe, has released KNOBEL Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey – 7-Year Special Edition (18th Anniversary mikeroweWORKS Foundation Release). The bottling celebrates 18 years of the mikeroweWORKS Foundation, which helps bring the next generation of workers into the skilled trades.

The release comes from just four barrels. It is bottled at 121.0 to 121.7 proof (60.0%–60.85% ABV), depending on the barrel. It is made in true Tennessee style: charcoal-filtered through the Lincoln County Process and aged in hand-toasted new American oak barrels.

Sales support the mikeroweWORKS Foundation. To date, the Foundation has awarded $22.5 million in work-ethic scholarships to 3,350 people, making it the largest trade scholarship program in the country. Both the Foundation and the whiskey honor Rowe’s grandfather, Carl Knobel, a skilled tradesman.
