  • Palate: Watery palate, pepper, toffee, tea, very dessert like at the end of pour
  • Finish: Very sweet cream cheese frosting for a medium finish

  • Mashbill: 70% rye, 20% corn, 10% malted barley

  • Age: 6+ Years

Tasting Notes: Oaklore Rye Whiskey

  • Nose: Cinnamon sugar, citrus peel, vanilla, nutmeg and toffee
  • Palate: Nice rich mouthfeel, fall flavors, nutmeg, clove, baked apple pie à la mode.
  • Finish: toffee and burnt sugar
