With only 462 bottles produced, the 2025 Christmas Spirit is a rare expression distilled from a 2015 San Francisco Christmas Spiced Ale, twice distilled in copper pot stills and aged nine years in once-used Old Potrero Straight Rye Whiskey barrels. The result is a rich, festive whiskey featuring aromas of spiced fruit cake, candied orange, and evergreen, complemented by flavors of sweet malt, baking spices, fresh ginger, and light oak.
