ST. LOUIS (Aug. 21, 2025) – Penelope Bourbon has announced its highly anticipated 2025 Estate Collection, featuring five distinct expressions with minimum age statements of 10 years. This year’s lineup includes the debut of Omega Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a reimagined Founders Reserve, and award-winning Single Barrel and Private Select releases.

Omega 11-Year Straight Bourbon Finished in French Oak – $129.99

  • Finished in Radoux Omega barrels using OakScan® technology
  • Mash bill: 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley
  • Proof: 109.8 (54.9% ABV)
  • Tasting notes: Vanilla, honey, toffee, brown sugar, leather, cinnamon gum, nougat
  • Availability: 1,800 cases in select markets

Single Barrel 10-Year Bourbon – $89.99

Two mash bill variations:

  1. 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley – 99 proof
    • Vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, wild cherry, cinnamon
    • 1,300 cases nationwide
  2. 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley – 103 proof
    • Apricot, vanilla, chocolate, vanilla custard, roasted nuts
    • 2,400 cases nationwide

Private Select 10-Year Bourbon – $79.99

  • Mash bill: 74% corn, 20% rye, 1% wheat, 5% malted barley
  • Proof: 106.8 (53.4% ABV)
  • Tasting notes: Caramel, brown sugar, cherry, baking spice, vanilla honey bun, oak spice
  • Availability: 6,900 cases nationwide
