LOUISVILLE, KY – September 2, 2025 — Award-winning Rabbit Hole Distillery proudly announces the release of Regallier, its newest limited-edition Distillery Series bourbon, available exclusively at the distillery beginning September 1, 2025, in celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month.
A Fusion of Kentucky Craft and French Refinement
Regallier is a high-rye, double-malt bourbon aged in new American oak and finished in regal French oak casks. Bottled at 118.9 proof, this bold yet elegant expression delivers a layered sweetness and a refined finish.
“Regallier is a beautifully balanced, full-bodied bourbon that showcases two distinct traditions and embodies Rabbit Hole’s commitment to originality and innovation,” said Kaveh Zamanian, Chief Whiskey Officer and Founder of Rabbit Hole.
Tasting Notes
- Aroma: Bright citrus fruits, vanilla, toffee, toasted oak, lingering barrel spices
- Palate: Bing cherries, toasted almonds, caramel, soft oak, sandalwood
- Finish: Smooth and creamy with notes of sweet plum, dried fruits, and cocoa
Crafted with Precision and Passion
Rabbit Hole’s whiskeys are crafted using signature malted grains and custom mash bills, entering the barrel at lower proof to preserve flavor. Each batch is matured in toasted and charred barrels and harvested in small batches of no more than 15 barrels.
Visitors can enjoy the “Find Your Perfect Whiskey” guided tasting experience and visit the Overlook Bar, now open with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays through October 24.
