ST. LOUIS (March 18, 2026) – Remus Bourbon has officially opened the doors to its most prestigious barrel-selection experience yet: the Remus Distiller’s Vault. This program invites retailers and bourbon groups to the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery for an intimate, hand-selected experience from Master Distiller Ian Stirsman’s private collection.
Moving beyond standard offerings, the Distiller’s Vault features rare 7, 9, and 11-year expressions, showcasing the distillery’s legendary high-rye mash bills.
“Distiller’s Vault takes the barrel pick process to a much more personal level than we’ve done before,” said Stirsman. “It’s a chance for accounts to get a rare behind-the-scenes experience and select some really unique barrels.”
Remus Bourbon Distiller’s Vault Barrel Program Highlights
The program offers three distinct profiles, all bottled in elegant fluted glass at near-cask strength:
- 11-Year Bourbon (36% Rye): Available in 115.2 and 116.8 proof. MSRP $69.99.
- 9-Year Bourbon (49% Rye): Available in 115.5 and 116.7 proof. MSRP $69.99.
- 7-Year Bourbon (100% Malted Rye): A unique standout at 115.2 proof. MSRP $69.99.
Each bottle features a distinctive red and gold label, prominently displaying the “Selected By” account name alongside specific age and proof details.

While in-person distillery visits in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, are encouraged for the full “behind-the-scenes” experience, remote arrangements may be available through the Distiller’s Vault team.
