Nose: I want to tell you that the wheated bourbon brings through a variety of sweet notes, but what I get is a solid hint of butter popcorn, soft vanilla, and fragrant herbal tones of the fall.
Palate: Here is where the sweetness shines right off the beginning of the palate, the body of this pour has depth and complexity which you come to expect from the blending experts at BBC. Co. This is a wedding bourbon, what I mean by that it has dry sweetness with hints of butterscotch that would make you want to come back for more, just like a wedding chardonnay.
Finish: Mouth feel, mouth feel, mouth feel. It just coats the palate and linger there for a good while with the spice of the pour.
