The expansion of Limestone Branch Distillery’s barrel program and the opening of the Stephen B. Beam Tasting Lodge mark significant milestones for the distillery. Named after the founder and inspired by his love for Yellowstone National Park, the lodge offers a dedicated space for customers to sample and select barrel picks of Yellowstone Bourbon Hand Picked, Minor Case Rye, and Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey.
Stephen Beam, Master Distiller at Limestone Branch Distillery, expressed his excitement about the new lodge and the opportunity to offer selections from their expanded barrel program. This includes the introduction of Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey and Minor Case Rye barrel picks alongside the well-established Yellowstone Bourbon Hand Picked.
The Tasting Lodge, designed to accommodate up to 20 guests at a time, provides a private yet comfortable setting overlooking the natural beauty of the distillery’s property. In addition to barrel selections, the distillery plans to offer VIP experiences such as cocktail mixology classes, premium tastings, and private events.
For customers unable to visit Kentucky, Limestone Branch Distillery provides the option of receiving mailed selection kits containing sample selections, branded glassware, a tasting notebook, and a step-by-step tasting video led by Executive Bourbon Steward Stephen Fante.
The Yellowstone Hand Picked Collection for 2024 features Kentucky Straight Bourbon single barrels aged for a minimum of 4 years, offering three proof options and custom bottle labels. Similarly, the Yellowstone American Single Malt Hand Picked Collection offers single barrels aged for a minimum of 4 years with three proof options and custom bottle labels. The Minor Case 6-Year Single Barrel selections consist of hand-picked 6-year-old straight rye single barrels, each with its own complexities and flavors.
