NEW YORK, April 11, 2025 – The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS), a global whisky club with over 40,000 members, invites enthusiasts to embrace renewal with the Whispers of Spring Creators Collection. This quartet of limited-edition single-cask whiskies, aged 27 to 35 years, celebrates spring’s essence through vibrant flavors. Available from April 16, 2025, at smwsa.com for $1,525 (set) or $315–$595 (individual bottles).
A Journey of Reawakening
The Whispers of Spring Whisky collection features two Speyside, one Lowland, and one Highland expression, each telling a story of transformation. “These whiskies capture spring’s rebirth,” said Kai Ivalo, Whisky Director at SMWS. “From delicate honey to bold smokiness, they offer a tasting experience that mirrors the season.”

- Cask No. 50.120 Dawn’s Embrace (53.4% ABV, 700ml, $500, 54 bottles)
A 34-year-old Lowland whisky evoking morning mist with oak, vanilla, and honeyed sweetness. - Cask No. 94.51 Verdant Reawakening (55.8% ABV, 700ml, $315, 54 bottles)
A 27-year-old Highland malt bursting with grassy notes, citrus zest, and subtle sweetness. - Cask No. 72.125 Blossom Reverie (49.6% ABV, 700ml, $375, 66 bottles)
A 29-year-old Speyside whisky with apple blossom, pear, and vanilla notes. - Cask No. 105.55 Crepuscular Complexity (46.2% ABV, 700ml, $595, 25 bottles)
A 35-year-old Speyside dram with heather, honey, and smoky depth.
