BARDSTOWN, Ky. (Sept. 23, 2026) – Willett Distillery has announced Willett Pot Still Reserve Cask Strength, a full-proof version of its small-batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon. It comes in the same pot-still-shaped bottle designed by the late Even Kulsveen.

The bourbon will be released twice a year, on the Spring and Fall Equinox. The timing matches two bourbon seasons: mint juleps in spring, then fireside pours in fall.

The mash bill is 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% barley. It enters the barrel at 115 proof and is bottled at cask strength with no water added. Proof will vary by batch and appear on each bottle.

The bottle is an exact replica of Willett’s patented pot still, built by Vendome Copper and Brass.

“The Pot Still bottle is part of Willett’s identity, and it carries the vision of Even Kulsveen every time it is placed on a shelf or poured at a bar” said Master Distiller, Drew Kulsveen. “Releasing this bourbon at cask strength gives whiskey drinkers a new way to experience the wheated mash bill—full proof, full bodied and presented in a bottle that means so much to our family.”

Price and availability:

Available nationally at $67. Each batch is labeled with its own proof.
