We discuss some of our recent travels, including Disney World and the bourbon selection you will find there and some drinking stories from the west coast. We also dive into budget bourbons under $20. You will find out some of our favorites from the “bottom self” or budget bourbons and some random banter.

20 dollars? While some bottom shelf Bourbon is absolutely drinkable that limits your selection drastically. I’d venture to say you’ll never try anything new or award winning. I do however completely agree that BIB is a great way to enjoy reasonably priced choices. I also feel like it gives you an easier way to compare things because the proof is the same and you know it has some age. Your not getting any of the other alternative aging effecting the juice like small barrels, multibarreling, finishing, or others quick age techniques.
These are all good points. The BIB category is a great way to “level” the playing field a bit when doing side by sides. Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
