PURSUIT UNITED BOURBON AND RYE EARN DOUBLE GOLD AT SAN FRANCISCO WORLD SPIRITS COMPETITION
LOUISVILLE, KY (April 27th, 2023) Pursuit Spirits, announced today that its bourbon and rye offerings have both been awarded the highest honor of double gold medals at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC).
The SFWSC is one of the most prestigious spirits competitions in the world, featuring over 3,000 entries from around the globe. The double gold medal is reserved for the rare few spirits that are judged to be of exceptional quality and taste.

Pursuit Spirits partners with 4 distilleries across multiple states to create 6 specific mashbills with customized barrel char levels. Barrels age at their respective distillery to maintain terroir then are hand selected and shipped before being united. An expensive process that delivers a unique whiskey with bold profiles that can’t be recreated.
Pursuit United Bourbon is a proprietary blend of Kentucky, Tennessee, and New York straight bourbons featuring two rye and one wheated mashbill. The result is a rich, complex bourbon with notes of hazelnut, brown sugar, and citrus. Pursuit United Rye, on the other hand, is a blend of 100% Kentucky and Maryland rye whiskeys. It has a bold yet approachable flavor profile with notes of cinnamon, clove, and lemon mint tea. Both are aged for up to 6 years and bottled at 108 proof to maintain more barrel character.
