Westward Whiskey is known for being a leader in the American Single Malt Whiskey world and their Whiskey Club is your chance to try some of their innovative, unique, and experimental whiskies. “Two Malts Rye“, the second Westward Whiskey Club release of 2023 features a mashbill incorporating 12% malted rye grain in addition to Westward’s Pacific Northwest malted barley. While this release may or may not meet any official designation for “American Single Malt Whiskey” (whenever that day comes), we couldn’t be more excited to check this one out for review. For more details on Westward Whiskey, their exclusive Whiskey Club, and some of its unique releases, check out their latest press release in our archives. A big thank you to the brand for sending us this whiskey with no strings attached so we could taste this release.
