Crafted with a high rye mash bill similar to Bulleit Bourbon, Bulleit Barrel Strength Batch 8 boasts a medium-amber color, gentle spiciness, and sweet oak aromas. The mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg, while the finish is long, dry, and satiny with light toffee flavors and deepened oak notes. As it is bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered, the alcohol by volume varies by batch, generally ranging from 120-125 proof.
