Nose: Bold and balanced on the nose. It starts with red fruits (honey crisp apple and raspberry) followed by plumb/ fig, caramel with hints of earthiness and nuttiness.
Palate: Earthy on the palate to start and fades quickly to dark fruits and berry compote on the backend of the palate. Drinks like a bold red wine (which is right on the nose for this blend) This pour I believe will give you new tasting notes every time!
Finish: Fruit compote and nuttiness on the finish that leaves you wanting another sip!
