[Newport, KY – November 22, 2024] – New Riff Distilling plans to warm spirits this holiday season. Its highly anticipated Winter Whiskey returns. This seasonal Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted with malted oats and chocolate malt. It offers a festive twist on traditional bourbon. The drink evokes nostalgic holiday flavors. It maintains New Riff’s reputation for quality and innovation.
First introduced in 2020, Winter Whiskey has become a hallmark of New Riff’s creative approach to whiskey-making.
A Festive Bourbon with a Unique Mashbill
The Winter Whiskey mashbill features:
- 65% corn
- 20% malted oats
- 7% pale ale malt
- 5% steel-cut raw oats
- 3% chocolate malt
This bourbon is bottled in bond and unfiltered. It is aged for a minimum of four years. This 100-proof bourbon stands out for its complex and inviting profile.

Winter Whiskey will be available starting Friday, November 29, 2024, at 11 a.m. EST at the New Riff gift shop for an MSRP of $54.99. It will soon roll out across New Riff’s distribution network and be available for online shipping.
