A Tribute to the River Bush & 46 Years of Maturation
This rare Irish single malt whiskey is a celebration of the River Bush, which has flowed through Bushmills Village since 1608, shaping the brand’s 415-year legacy. After nearly half a century of aging in Oloroso sherry butts from the renowned Antonio Paez Lobato Cooperage in Jerez, Spain, this whiskey emerges with a deep mahogany hue and complex, refined flavors.
Tasting Notes: A Masterpiece of Depth & Complexity
🥃 Nose: A unique harmony of ripe dark fruits, sweet apricot, caramel, and warm oak.
🥃 Palate: A rich medley of cinnamon, crushed clove, and nutmeg spice, deepening into black cherries and apricots, followed by roasted coffee, oak, and warm toffee.
🥃 Finish: Smooth yet robust, with lingering spiced fruit and a touch of oak.
