Yellowstone Small Batch 107 Bourbon a Six-Year-Aged Bourbon Delivers a Robust, Full-Bodied Flavor
ST. LOUIS (March 13, 2025) – Yellowstone Bourbon is expanding its award-winning lineup with the release of Small Batch 107, a new permanent expression that pays tribute to the brand’s rich history. Aged six years and bottled at 107 proof, this non-chill-filtered bourbon offers an intensely balanced flavor profile. It is one of the boldest everyday offerings from Yellowstone to date.
Now available nationwide, Yellowstone Small Batch 107 has a minimum suggested retail price of $44.99 per 750mL bottle.
Honoring Yellowstone’s Legacy with a Higher Proof Bourbon
As one of the oldest bourbon brands in the U.S., Yellowstone Bourbon has remained a staple in American whiskey for over 150 years. Seventh-generation Master Distiller Stephen Beam crafted Small Batch 107 to honor the brand’s history. He aimed to introduce a higher-proof, age-stated expression that reflects its heritage.
“Yellowstone was the top-selling whiskey in Kentucky in the 1960s, and at the time, it was bottled at six years old,” said Beam. “I wanted to bring back that tradition and offer a product with a clear age statement, and the perfect entry-level proof point at 107. This is a long time coming.”
Unlike previous releases, Small Batch 107 is Yellowstone’s first age-stated bourbon and one of its highest-proof permanent expressions. The non-chill-filtering process enhances the whiskey’s full-bodied character, allowing its rich depth of flavors to shine.
“The higher proof brings out more flavors, and by non-chill filtering Small Batch, we created a much more full-bodied product than a lower-proof chill-filtered bourbon,” Beam added. “It’s the perfect addition to our family of offerings.”

About Yellowstone Bourbon
Yellowstone Bourbon was founded in 1872 by pioneer distiller Joseph Bernard Dant, taking its name from America’s first national park. In 2011, Master Distiller Stephen Beam—a descendant of both the Dant and Beam distilling families—brought the brand back to life. He did this under Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky.
Commitment to National Parks Preservation
Since 2018, Yellowstone Bourbon has been a proud partner of the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA). They have donated over $1 million to protect and preserve U.S. national parks.
