Star Trek Spirits, the official spirits brand of the Star Trek franchise, partners with Stellum Spirits from Barrell Craft Spirits to release two limited-edition Star Trek Whiskeys. Available at startrekspirits.com for $79 per bottle, these small-batch releases (three barrels each) are housed in iconic Romulan Ale bottles.

“The name ‘Stellum’ derived from the Latin word for ‘star,’ perfectly captures the brand’s celestial inspiration,” the release states. These Star Trek Whiskeys blend Stellum’s innovation with Star Trek’s legacy, offering:
- Blended Rye Whiskey (118.02 proof): Aromas of brown sugar and toasted almonds, with a buttery palate of star anise, sesame, dill, apricot, and a lingering finish.
- Cask Strength Blended Whiskey (120.67 proof): Notes of vanilla, orange peel, caramel corn, charred orange, leather, and a sweet cinnamon finish.
