This 95-proof bourbon, crafted from the iconic Mashbill #1, reflects the distillery’s $1.2 billion, 10-year expansion project. Aged for a minimum of 12 years, Eagle Rare 12 blends tradition and innovation, offering whiskey enthusiasts a bold yet accessible expression.
Crafted with Precision and Passion
Eagle Rare 12 is aged in carefully monitored warehouses, with each barrel hand-selected by Buffalo Trace’s expert team. Bottled at 47.5% ABV, it delivers exceptional depth compared to its sibling, Eagle Rare 10.

Availability and Pricing
Eagle Rare 12 hits select U.S. retailers, bars, and restaurants in June 2025 at a suggested retail price of $49.99 per 750ml bottle (local taxes and fees apply). International markets will follow in Fall 2025. It joins the prestigious Eagle Rare lineup, including Eagle Rare 10, Double Eagle Very Rare, Eagle Rare 25, and Eagle Rare 17 (part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection).
