A Limited-Edition Extra-Aged Expression

Baker’s Bourbon has announced the release of Baker’s 13-Year-Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey for 2025. Baker’s 13 is a limited-edition bottling that highlights how time and warehouse location influence each barrel’s unique profile.

Distilled and Aged for Depth of Flavor

Baker’s base bourbon is distilled to a lower proof, then barreled and aged for a minimum of 13 years. The additional maturation allows the whiskey to develop enhanced notes of toasted nut, fruit, and vanilla pulled from the barrel wood.

Tasting Notes from James B. Beam

While each single barrel offers its own variation, Baker’s notes a few defining characteristics:

  • Nose: Fruit, vanilla, and caramel
  • Palate: Medium-bodied with oak, toasted nuts, vanilla, and fruity notes
  • Finish: Robust, medium-long, and warmly rounded

Availability and Pricing of Baker’s 13
