Louisville, KY (2025) — Barrell Craft Spirits (BCS) has announced the release of its extremely limited 21-Year-Old Toasted Single Barrel Bourbon, with only 108 bottles available. The release goes live at 10:00 AM ET online for an SRP of $199.99.
This rare offering is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana, finished at 124.56 proof (62.28% ABV)—a bold, mature expression that continues BCS’s tradition of innovation in cask finishing and blending.
Background & Production Story
In 2018, Barrell Craft Spirits debuted the first 15-Year-Old Gray Label Bourbon. During that production, a select portion of the blend was transitioned into nine custom-raised American oak barrels, each toasted to BCS’s precise specifications.
After five years of extended aging, the team released the first of these special toasted barrels in 2024. Now, one year later, the second barrel in this rare series is being unveiled—continuing a multi-year project that showcases meticulous craftsmanship, patience, and BCS’s signature blending expertise.
The 21-Year-Old Toasted Single Barrel release marks one of the oldest and most limited toasted-finish bourbons ever produced by the brand.
