LOUISVILLE, KY – Get ready to toast the return of Louisville’s premier bourbon and BBQ celebration. On April 11th, 2026, the historic 4th Street Live! entertainment district will transform into a whiskey lover’s paradise for the annual Pig & Swig festival. Running from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the event promises an immersive “bar-hop” experience featuring over 100 different bourbons, world-class pitmasters, and local craftsmanship.
Originating over a decade ago, Pig & Swig has evolved into a staple of Kentucky’s bourbon culture. Under the leadership of Kyle Layman, the event has doubled down on its distillery partnerships to provide attendees with unparalleled access to both household names and “Allocation Station” rarities.
“We’ve focused on building stronger relationships with bourbon brands, transforming Pig & Swig into a true bourbon festival. Now, it features numerous distilleries and bourbon companies offering tastings and rare pours.” — Kyle Layman, Event Management
This year’s festival expands the footprint across multiple venues, including Sports & Social, PBR Louisville, and Tavern on Fourth. Beyond the glass, guests can explore a curated street fair featuring live music, cigar lounges, leather goods, and custom hat vendors.
Ticketing & Access: Tickets are available now via the 4th Street Live! website. Options include General Admission and a specialized VIP Experience, which grants exclusive access to high-end pours, private lounges, and additional tasting tokens.
