Breckenridge Distillery is bringing a taste of Colorado’s late-summer harvest to its flavored whiskey lineup with the launch of Breckenridge Peach Whiskey. Made with locally sourced Palisade peaches, the new expression builds on the success of Breckenridge Honey Whiskey while showcasing one of the state’s best-known agricultural products.
The new flavored whiskey combines fresh peach character with the smoothness of Breckenridge’s whiskey. The distillery says the expression was created to capture the character of Colorado’s late-summer peach harvest while highlighting locally sourced ingredients and the craft distillery’s connection to its home state.
Breckenridge Peach Whiskey Highlights Palisade Peaches
Breckenridge Peach Whiskey opens with aromas of ripe white peach, vanilla and orchard fruit. On the palate, the whiskey is described as smooth and juicy, with fresh peach flavors balanced by soft vanilla sweetness. A lingering tangy-fruit note rounds out the finish.

Palisade peaches are one of Colorado’s most iconic agricultural treasures, and we wanted to showcase them in a way that feels authentic to our home state,” said Bryan Nolt, Founder of Breckenridge Distillery.
Nolt added that the new whiskey is intended to capture the flavor of a Colorado summer while celebrating the farmers, ingredients and craftsmanship behind the finished product.
A New Addition to Breckenridge’s Flavored Whiskey Lineup
Peach Whiskey expands Breckenridge Distillery’s flavored whiskey offerings following the success of Breckenridge Honey Whiskey. The new release continues the distillery’s approach of pairing its whiskey with carefully selected ingredients to create approachable flavored expressions.
Bottled at 72 proof (36% ABV), Breckenridge Peach Whiskey is available in 750mL bottles at retailers throughout Colorado. The expression is also available nationally for home delivery where permitted, with distribution to national retailers expected to begin in fall 2026.
The new release gives whiskey drinkers another way to enjoy the flavors of Colorado’s Palisade peach harvest while adding a fruit-forward option to Breckenridge Distillery’s growing whiskey portfolio.
