A new limited-edition Bulleit Bourbon is setting sail this summer as Starboard, Carnival Cruise Line, and Diageo partner to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with an exclusive single-barrel selection available only aboard select Carnival ships.
Available on 14 Carnival Cruise Line vessels, the bourbon highlights the growing role of premium whiskey experiences in travel retail while also tying into the broader national celebration of America’s 250th birthday.

The limited-edition Bulleit Bourbon comes from a single barrel personally selected by Lisa Bauer, President and CEO of Starboard, and Christine Duffy, President of Carnival Cruise Line. The pair chose the barrel during Starboard’s Unleash the Potential Summit earlier this year, where Duffy appeared as a featured guest speaker.
According to Starboard, the release reflects the company’s focus on creating exclusive retail experiences for cruise travelers through unique spirits offerings and premium products unavailable elsewhere.
“We’re excited to collaborate with Carnival and Diageo on the launch of this limited-edition Bulleit Bourbon, which Christine and I were able to taste and select in person together earlier this year,” said Bauer. “We know that personalized, immersive experiences such as premium spirits tastings hold great appeal for Carnival guests, and we’ll continue to pioneer these kinds of exclusive retail offerings that help make every voyage unforgettable.”

Carnival Cruise Line Expands Premium Bourbon Experiences
According to the brand, the release aligns with Carnival Cruise Line’s broader efforts to enhance onboard experiences through exclusive food, beverage, and retail offerings. As part of the cruise line’s America’s 250th anniversary celebrations, the limited-edition bourbon gives guests another opportunity to connect with an iconic American whiskey brand while at sea.

The commemorative bourbon will retail for $59.99 and will be available exclusively aboard the following Carnival Cruise Line ships: Carnival Celebration, Carnival Dream, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Legend, Carnival Magic, Carnival Miracle, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Pride, Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Sunshine, and Carnival Venezia.
The release adds another bourbon-themed collectible to the growing number of spirits commemorating America’s 250th anniversary, a milestone that has inspired numerous special whiskey releases across the industry throughout 2026.
