Our good friends in Southern Indiana have become known for exotic barrel finishes, but to create a good cask finish you need good base and the Huber family has done just that! Today we are reviewing one of Christian Huber: Carl T. Huber Bottled-in-Bond releases. This was one of the first bourbons I fell in love with coming from Starlight and excited to revisit it in our latest review!

Closing Thoughts
It is very easy to be enamored with cask finishes from Starlight and rightfully so. If you haven’t gotten a chance to try their Carl T. Huber Bottled-in-Bond. Start there because the family knows what they are doing in crafting good whiskey. This Bottled-in-Bond won’t last much longer here at the house now that I brought it back out, it is a great pick up and easier sipper.
