About Small Batch No. 007: 7-Year Double Oak Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Small Batch 007 is a marriage of 16 seven-year Bourbon barrels, all distilled at MGP Indiana and aged in Kentucky. Barrels included both the 21% rye mash bill and the 36% high-rye mash bill. The barrels were re-barreled into a combination of new and used charred and STR barrels for finishing. Like all Copper & Cask whiskeys, this bottling is released at Barrel Proof, non-chill filtered.
- Style: Finished (Double Oaked) Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- Finish: rebarreled in a combination of new and used charred and STR barrels
- Age: 7 Years
- Proof: 116.2 (58.1% ABV)
- Notes: Exploding with fruit on the nose, the palate is robust with notes of vanilla, burnt sugar and leather.

About Small Batch No. 008: 7-Year Cigar Blend Bourbon Whiskey
Small Batch 008 is a marriage of 18 seven-year Bourbon barrels, all distilled at MGP Indiana and aged in Kentucky. Barrels included both the 21% rye mash bill and the 36% high-rye mash bill. The Bourbon was finished in a mix of Armagnac, Cognac, Oloroso Sherry and Tawny Port casks. Like all Copper & Cask whiskeys, this bottling is released at Barrel Proof, non-chill filtered.

- Finish: finished in a mix of Armagnac, Cognac, Oloroso Sherry and Tawny Port casks
Age: 7 Years - Proof: 119.4 (59.7% ABV)
- Notes: Sporting an attractive red hue and a nose of rich plum, the palate is decadent with notes of brandied cherries and milk chocolate.
