Batches 12, 13, and 14 Each Showcase Distinct Finishes and Expert Blending.

Copper & Cask has announced the upcoming release of three new limited-edition expressions in its acclaimed Small Batch Series. Batches 12, 13, and 14 will roll out in early October, offering whiskey enthusiasts a range of bold and complex profiles that highlight the brand’s commitment to cask innovation and craftsmanship.

Small Batch 12: Port & Toasted Oak Finished Rye Whiskey

Small Batch Series 12 is a seven-year-old Rye Whiskey finished in Port and Toasted Oak barrels. The dual finishing imparts layers of fruit and spice, creating a rich yet balanced profile. This expression is among the most limited in the lineup, with only 1,500 bottles available. It will retail for $69.99 per 750ml bottle.

Small Batch 13: Eight-Year Cigar Blend Bourbon

The centerpiece of the fall release, Small Batch Series 13 is an eight-year Cigar Blend Bourbon finished across a combination of PX and Oloroso Sherry casks, Armagnac, Cognac, and Tawny Port barrels. Each cask contributes depth and complexity, resulting in a spirit ideal for slow sipping. Finished for a minimum of six months, this batch yields approximately 6,000 bottles and carries an SRP of $79.99.

Small Batch 14: Double Oak Bourbon with Wave Stave Finish

Rounding out the October collection, Small Batch Series 14 is an eight-year Double Oak Bourbon crafted from 19 barrels of both low-rye and high-rye mash bills. After blending, the whiskey was re-casked into new American Oak Wave Stave barrels for a minimum of ten months, intensifying the oak influence and mouthfeel. According to Barrel Master, Stephen Corrigan, the Wave Stave barrels are unique, new American oak barrels produced by Independent Stave Company.  After the barrels are toasted and charred, grooves are cut down the length of the stave. The Wave Stave barrels expose the whiskey to more surface area of the wood, as well as different levels of toast and char for a fuller, more diverse flavor profile. Only 3,600 bottles will be available, priced at $74.99.
