Fireball Adds Vanilla to Its Limited-Edition Lineup.

Fireball Cinnamon Whisky is turning up the heat on a familiar flavor with the launch of Fireball Torch’d Vanilla, a limited-edition expression combining rich vanilla with the brand’s signature cinnamon profile. Announced by Sazerac on August 18, 2026, the new release puts a smoky, spicy spin on vanilla, blending flavors of toasted marshmallow, smoky oak, warm baking spice and Fireball’s characteristic cinnamon.

According to Fireball Global Brand Director Danny Suich, the new expression was developed to showcase a bolder side of vanilla while maintaining the attitude associated with the Fireball brand. “Fireball Torch’d Vanilla is the perfect bottle to warm things up as the days get shorter,” Suich said, noting that the expression will only be available for a limited time.

What Does Fireball Torch’d Vanilla Taste Like?

Fireball Torch’d Vanilla is bottled at 66 proof (33% ABV) and is designed around a combination of sweet, smoky and spicy flavors. According to the brand, the profile begins with rich vanilla and toasted marshmallow, followed by smoky oak and warm baking spice before Fireball’s signature cinnamon flavor takes over.

The brand describes the experience as similar to a warm, cinnamon-spiced cupcake with a smoky, toasted character. The new expression expands Fireball’s flavored whisky offerings while retaining the recognizable cinnamon-forward character that has defined the brand.
