Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch 2024 – Jake’s Tasting Notes
Nose: Those on Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch 2024 is very robust. It consist of flavors such as black tea, chocolate, brown sugar, mint, dark cherry/ plumb. The dark stone fruits at the end really balance out the nose.
Palate: The palate starts off with tannin and bitter notes from the age of the blend. As it continues to open up notes of mocha, wet hanging tobacco, mint, apricot and cherry being to come through. It packs a punch hitting each part of your palate.
Finish: Cooling finish with lingering notes of tobacco and stone fruit.
Closing Thoughts
Overall, Four Roses has done it again with the latest Limited Edition Small Batch 2024. It hits my palate right but punches slightly above my wallet price. I would love to own a bottle but will settle for this media sample. As you start your bourbon hunt, this would should be at the top of the list.
