Garrison Brothers Distillery will release its second Bottled-in-Bond bourbon on Saturday, November 14, 2026. The six-year-old, 100-proof Texas bourbon was distilled in October 2020, made from Texas grains and proofed with Hill Country rainwater.

The first 1,000 bottles go on sale at the distillery during the annual Red, White & Bourbon fundraiser benefiting The National Museum of the Pacific War. Gates open to the public at 8 a.m. for the bourbon release, ahead of the 11 a.m. ticketed fundraiser. Bottles sell all day, first come, first served. Any remaining bottles move to the distillery gift shop on Monday, November 16.

The release follows Garrison Brothers’ first Bottled in Bond in February 2026. Under the 1897 bottled-in-bond rules, the whiskey was produced in one distilling season by one distiller at one distillery, aged in bonded storage and bottled at 100 proof.

At 50% ABV, the distillery lists notes of toasted brown sugar, cinnamon and white pepper, with leather and vanilla on the finish and nods to Thanksgiving baking spices, nutmeg and anise.

“I’ve selected 102 fifty-three-gallon barrels filled on October 2, 2020, to support the next round of Bottled in Bond. It’s beautiful. I’m excited to share what came out of these hard working six-year-old 53-gallon barrels and give Garrison Brothers fans a taste of the future,” says Donnis Todd, Master Distiller, Garrison Brothers.

The suggested retail price is $89.99. The bourbon will reach e-commerce and select retailers, restaurants and bars by the end of November 2026, with 19,500 bottles in total.
