Featuring the Oldest Wheat Whiskey Ever Released by Heaven Hill
Heaven Hill Distillery proudly announces the release of the highly anticipated 2025 Heaven Hill Heritage Collection. It features a 19-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey. This is the oldest Wheat Whiskey ever released by the distillery. This ultra-premium, limited-edition whiskey continues the brand’s legacy of excellence and dedication to craftsmanship, patience, and innovation in American whiskey.
A Legacy of Aged Perfection
Each spring, the Heritage Collection showcases some of Heaven Hill’s oldest and rarest barrels. It highlights one of the distillery’s six traditional American Whiskey mashbills. The 2025 release is crafted from Heaven Hill’s Wheat Whiskey mashbill:
✅ 51% Wheat
✅ 37% Corn
✅ 12% Malted Barley
This whiskey is aged for 19 years. It comes from 277 barrels produced in August and September of 2005. These barrels matured on the 5th and 6th floors of Rickhouse Y. This expression is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). It delivers a remarkable depth of flavor only achieved through nearly two decades of aging.
Tasting Notes: Aged Complexity & Rich Sweetness
🥃 Nose: Subtle seasoned oak with hints of honey sweetness, clove, and nutmeg.
🥃 Palate: Deep notes of aged oak and baking spices, followed by rich flavors of cinnamon graham crackers.
🥃 Finish: Warm yet balanced, featuring lingering maple syrup, caramel sweetness, and a peppery tingle from tannic elements.

Ultra-Premium Packaging & Limited Availability
This special release comes in a luxurious 750ml bottle. It comes in a signature Heaven Hill blue premium box. This box mirrors the elegant design of Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond and the Grain to Glass line. Key details—including warehouse location, mashbill percentages, and production date—are prominently displayed on the packaging.
The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 19-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey will be available nationally. It will also be available internationally. These will be limited quantities with a suggested retail price (MSRP) of $299. Shipping begins in early March 2025.
