Bottled at cask strength (61% ABV / 122 proof), this limited release pays homage to Henry Deringer, the innovative gunsmith whose compact Philadelphia Deringer pistol, first designed in 1825, transformed craftsmanship and personal defense across America. His legacy of precision, ingenuity, and frontier spirit is now immortalized in this rich, full-bodied single malt expression.

The whiskey opens with aromas of malted barley and wildflower honey, balanced by notes of dried apricot, light caramel, molasses, and toffee. On the palate, it delivers a smooth and layered experience, beginning with honeyed malt and stone fruit sweetness, then unfolding into toffee, caramel, and rich molasses. Subtle undertones of black tea add an elegant dryness, leading to a long, warm finish filled with malt sweetness, toasted grain, and soft fruit preserves.
