The Hidden Barn team is at it again! This time, it’s their third annual Maderia-Finished Bourbon which has been dubbed “Perfect Harmony”. The award-winning Hidden Barn highlights the craftsmanship of their latest release below.
SPARTA, KY (Nov. 19, 2024) – Hidden Barn Bourbon proudly announces the release of its third annual Madeira-finished bourbon, Perfect Harmony. Crafted with precision and artistry, this limited-edition bourbon blend is aged six years before spending an additional seven months in Madeira casks. The result is a beautifully balanced spirit that lives up to its name.
A Bourbon Crafted for Balance
Master Distiller Royce Neeley and Master Blender Jackie Zykan collaborated to create Perfect Harmony, emphasizing balance between the bourbon’s bold flavors and the residual Madeira influence.
Perfect Harmony is born from Hidden Barn’s signature mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley, distilled by Neeley. After aging in Madeira barrels, the bourbon undergoes open-air vatting for several days, a process that promotes oxidation and enhances the batch’s complexity.

Tasting Notes
- Nose: Toffee, overripe red fruits, apple pie, and oxidized rose.
- Palate: Dense and creamy, with notes of full-bodied vanilla and raisin.
- Finish: Sweet viscosity complemented by dry mint tones and spices like nutmeg and cardamom.
