During a recent episode of Bourbon Lens Podcast, the team at High West teased their first Bottled in Bond Rye Whiskey. Now, they’ve announced it as a distillery-only and High West Saloon Society exclusive. It releases Friday, February 2nd at 11am at High West’s Saloon and Distillery locations. Bottled in Bond Rye is set to be released to Saloon Society members later in February 2024.
High West Bottled in Bond is described as a bold whiskey treat made with 100% High West Pot Still Rye. Made in accordance with the standards laid out by the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, it’s a whiskey that does everything right. One base spirit, crafted at a single distillery, by a single distiller, in a single distilling season. In accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act, the whiskey has been aged a minimum of 4 years and is bottled at 100 proof.
