Jake’s Tasting Notes: Lee Sinclair Bottled In Bond

Nose: As Spirits of French Lick says “Respect The Grain”  this bourbon starts out grain forward on the nose.  It moves into pepper, orange zest, almond and finishes with a hint of chocolate

Palate: It starts our sweet with cinnamon sugar balanced by nutmeg and creamy mouthfeel.

Finish: Creaming finish of nuttiness for a medium finish

Bourbon Lens Closing Thoughts

Alan Bishop is truly Alchemist. This bourbon has unique flavors that wake up the palate and might be polarizing but this a bourbon worth giving a shot. So if you are looking for something new try grab this bottle next time.
