Blending Three Generations of Beam Craftsmanship.

Little Book The Infinite: Edition II unites the work of three generations of Beam distillers—Booker, Fred, and Freddie Noe—each contributing a unique bourbon component. Booker’s 22-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey brings oak, char, and smoke; Fred’s 10-year-old bourbon adds layers of vanilla, caramel, and dark stone fruit; and Freddie’s 7-year-old extended fermentation bourbon provides a bright touch of fresh apple and pear. The blend also includes Little Book The Infinite I as a shared family component, creating continuity between editions.

A Complex, Evolving Whiskey

Bottled at 120.8 proof (60.40% ABV), The Infinite: Edition II showcases the Beam family’s blending artistry in full. The whiskey is described as having a burnt copper glow and an aroma of crisp apple and pear mingled with caramel and char. On the palate, layers of vanilla, caramel, and apple unfold with whispers of dark stone fruit, leading to a warm, lingering finish with oak and smoke at the edges.

Continuing the Little Book Legacy

Priced at $199.99 SRP, Little Book The Infinite: Edition II continues Freddie Noe’s exploration of innovation within heritage. Since joining the family distillery in 2012, Noe has used Little Book as a platform for creativity—honoring tradition while pushing the boundaries of American whiskey blending.
