MONKEY 47, the ultra-premium gin from Germany’s Black Forest, has announced the 15th edition of its annual Distiller’s Cut: a limited-edition release crafted with a rare ‘species rara’ botanical.

This year, the search led to France’s Camargue region, where hand-harvested Fleur de Sel sea salt – the ‘white gold’ of the pink salt marshes – adds a delicate, sun-kissed, and subtly salty note to the gin.

MONKEY 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 is a piquant, elegant dry gin, balancing the complexity of 47 botanicals with the freshness and finesse of Camargue salt. The collectible bottle features a shimmering pink and blue iridescent label, a gold-coated bottleneck engraved with ex pluribus unum, and a sustainable gift box patterned with the brand’s iconic monkey wallpaper.

“Each year, our hunt for rare botanicals turns our Distiller’s Cut into something truly special,” says Alexander Stein, founder of MONKEY 47. “The Camargue’s precious Fleur de Sel brings a remarkable flavor experience to the palate.”

The Distiller’s Cut 2025 is bottled at 47% ABV, available in 375 ml bottles for an SRP of $79.99, and will be sold at select retailers and on ReserveBar starting November 2025.
