BARDSTOWN, Ky. (December 15, 2025) — Heaven Hill Distillery proudly announces the release of the Fall 2025 edition of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series, an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that continues the distillery’s hallmark commitment to craftsmanship, transparency, and tradition.
This sixteenth national release features barrels produced in Fall 2014 and bottled in Fall 2025, upholding the strict standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act: crafted at a single distillery during one distilling season, aged for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
A Timeless Design and a Distinctive Pour
Bottled in an ornate decanter with a black label consistent across all fall releases, this latest edition showcases a striking combination of heritage and luxury. Each bottle includes the series’ signature tax strip, detailing the distillation and bottling dates — a hallmark of transparency for bottled-in-bond whiskeys.
The Fall 2025 Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series will be available in 750ml bottles on an allocated basis, with a suggested retail price of $159.99.
The whiskey presents a bright amber hue and opens on the nose with rich bourbon sweetness layered with leather, oak, and warm baking spices. The palate is velvety and rich, featuring honey, butterscotch, plums, peaches, and figs, while the finish lingers with dark fruit and soft milk chocolate tones.
“Every release of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series reflects our dedication to tradition and meticulous craft,” said Conor O’Driscoll, Master Distiller at Heaven Hill. “The 11-year-old Fall 2025 edition carries a richness and poise that exemplify what this series stands for and why the bottled-in-bond legacy remains so important to Heaven Hill.”
Honoring a Legacy of Excellence
As a leader in the Bottled-in-Bond category, Heaven Hill continues to set the standard for authenticity and quality in American Whiskey. The Old Fitzgerald line, acquired by Heaven Hill in 1999, remains a cornerstone of the distillery’s portfolio and a beloved name among bourbon enthusiasts.
The elegant decanter design draws inspiration from the original 1950s Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter and pays homage to the brand’s history of luxury packaging. The black label, featuring the iconic key graphic, symbolizes the brand’s enduring slogan since the 1940s: “Your key to hospitality.”
