On The Rocks™ Premium Cocktails and The House of Suntory have announced a collaborative launch titled The Harmony Collection, a limited-edition release of two ready-to-serve cocktails. Developed with Hidetsugu Ueno, the globally acclaimed bartender and owner of Bar High Five in Tokyo, the collection blends Japanese bartending artistry with classic Western cocktail influences.
Crafted by a Master of Japanese Mixology
Hidetsugu Ueno, recognized for his bespoke cocktails and precise technique, brings his craft to a ready-to-drink format for the first time. Known for his attention to detail and ice sculpting skills, Ueno partnered with On The Rocks, the top bartender-crafted bottled cocktail brand in the U.S., to introduce an authentic taste of Tokyo’s cocktail culture to a broader audience. “Cocktails are an art form — anchored in tradition, yet endlessly open to innovation,” said Ueno. “Each sip delivers an authentic, bar-quality experience and a true taste of Japanese culture.”
Introducing the Yuzu Matcha Martini and Japanese Boulevardier
The Harmony Collection includes two unique offerings. The Yuzu Matcha Martini (20% ABV) combines Haku® Vodka with the bright acidity of yuzu and the earthy notes of green tea. The Japanese Boulevardier (32.5% ABV) uses Toki Suntory Whisky™ and features port wine and bitters for a bold, bittersweet twist on the traditional cocktail.
