BARDSTOWN, Ky. (August 4, 2025) – Heaven Hill Distillery proudly announces the 19th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection®, an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight American Whiskey bottled at cask strength (122.5 proof). This ultra-premium release blends three distinct mashbills, showcasing the distillery’s commitment to innovation while honoring the legacy of Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam. A portion of proceeds will support ALS research, continuing the series’ tradition of giving back.
A Masterful Blend of Three Mashbills
The 19th edition is a complex blend of 160 barrels from multiple Heaven Hill rickhouses, featuring:
- 15-year-old Wheated Bourbon from Rickhouse A
- 11-year-old Corn Whiskey from Rickhouses DD, GG, and BB
- 12-year-old Rye and Malt Whiskey from Rickhouse Y
Non-chill filtered to preserve its bold, layered flavors, this 122.5-proof whiskey reflects Heaven Hill’s expertise in crafting exceptional American whiskey.
“With each release of Parker’s Heritage Collection, we honor Parker Beam’s legacy by pushing the boundaries of American Whiskey,” said Conor O’Driscoll, Heaven Hill Master Distiller. “This 19th Edition is a celebration of innovation and craftsmanship, bringing together three mashbills and age statements to create a complex, bold whiskey that truly stands out. We’re proud that this series not only showcases our team’s blending expertise, but also continues to support ALS research in Parker’s memory.”
Honoring Parker Beam’s Legacy
Named for Parker Beam, who was diagnosed with ALS in 2010, the Parker’s Heritage Collection has raised over $1.4 million for ALS research and patient care since 2013. Heaven Hill will continue this commitment by donating a portion of proceeds from each bottle sold to the ALS Association’s Parker Beam Promise of Hope Fund.
