Sagamore Spirit, the acclaimed distillery known for its dedication to crafting the world’s finest Maryland Style Rye Whiskey, proudly unveils its latest release: Sagamore Small Batch Rye Whiskey. Since its inception in 2017, Sagamore Spirit has been determined to create a whiskey that embodies the rich legacy of Maryland Rye, and almost a decade later, the Sagamore Small Batch is the epitome of that vision. This major milestone marks Sagamore Spirit’s commitment to honoring tradition while pushing the boundaries of flavor and quality.

Sagamore Small Batch is made from 100% Maryland-distilled rye whiskey, using grains sourced through Sagamore Spirits’ Farm-to-Table process. The expression is a blend of the brand’s innovative triple distilled high rye and low rye mash bills. It then matures for four to six years, before being blended into small 20-barrel batches. The result is a robust 93-proof (46.5% alc./vol.) expression that achieves a smooth yet complex flavor profile.
