Collaboration with Liquid Death Brings New Twist to Seasonal Sipping with Whiskey Aged in Charred American Oak Caskets.

WhistlePig Whiskey has launched a new limited edition wheat whiskey, signaling a bold departure from traditional summer beverages. The release of GraveStock Wheat Whiskey, proofed with Liquid Death Mountain Water, aims to replace spritzes and hard seltzers with a whiskey-forward alternative for the warmer months ahead.

Aged in Custom Casket-Shaped Foeders

GraveStock is a high wheat whiskey aged in specially designed, casket-shaped foeders and bottled at 86 proof. Meghan Ireland, WhistlePig’s Head Blender, explained:

The custom casket-shaped foeders where GraveStock Wheat Whiskey finds its final resting place are the first of their kind, and a bucket list experiment we—literally—went big on! They add character in a subtle way that lets the nuance of the wheat whiskey shine.

The brand describes the profile as showcasing notes of honeysuckle, biscotti, and butterscotch, balancing the softness of the wheat grain.

Proofed with Mountain-Sourced Liquid Death Water

The whiskey is proofed with water sourced from American mountain ranges, provided by Liquid Death.

Many bottled water brands are just processed municipal tap water, but our Liquid Death Mountain Water comes from real American mountain ranges that produce some of the best water in the world.
Proofing an already delicious WhistlePig whiskey with our premium mountain-sourced water is the type of attention to detail that should take this bottle to the next level.
Greg Fass, VP of Marketing at Liquid Death.

Summer Cocktails: Introducing the “DeathBall”

WhistlePig encourages drinkers to enjoy GraveStock in a new seasonal cocktail: the DeathBall. The base Classic DeathBall pairs two ounces of GraveStock with Liquid Death’s sparkling Mountain Water. Other variations include:

  • Pork Belly Up DeathBall with Severed Lime sparkling water
  • Armless Palmer DeathBall using Dead Billionaire tea
