Sometimes you have friends who are nice and will share a pour with you, sometimes you have a friend will buy you a bottle, and then you have friends who share multiple bottles with you because they have too much. That is how I happened upon this bottle of Irish Whiskey as we continue to investigate the world of whiskeys lets try this blend of Irish Malt and Grain Whiskey.

Nose: Right of the nose you get a faint whisp of vanilla. As the vanilla fades the crisp apple comings forward.
Palate: The palate is light and crisp. Apple is the star of the show, with hint of vanilla. This whiskey leans towards the flavor profile of sake.
Finish: Short to Medium
Closing Thoughts
This is a unique pour of whiskey. The blend of corn and malted barely gives sweetness but drinks very much like Japanese Whisky. If you are interested in exploring the different styles of Irish Whiskey this could be a great introduction.
